Welcome Reception

Location: Golden Bay Beach Hotel – 5* Venue

Time: 19:30 - 20:30 July 6, 2015

Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates. This will take place at the Venue Hotel. The event will take place near the lobby area. It will be a relaxing evening with lots of local drinks and ample canapés.

Conference dinner

Departure time: 19:30 July 8, 2015 (meet at the lobby of Golden Bay Beach Hotel – 5* Venue)

We will get together at the hotel lobby and we will then proceed to a local tavern where the conference dinner will take place. The local tavern serves excellent dishes of Cypriot cuisine in a delicate appearance. Desserts, local wines and drinks will harmoniously complete the rich menu to be tasted. The event can definitely be considered as an opportunity to meet and get to know better fellow delegates in a different yet relaxed environment.

Nicosia Town Friday, July 10 Participation: € 48 Nicosia is the capital of Cyprus and a must for every visitor on the island. Our tour will first lead us to the Cyprus Archaeological Museum where a huge collection of important archaeological findings are housed and through which the long cultural and historical heritage of the island is revealed. Half Day Excursion

Larnaca Town Monday, July 6 (Afternoon) Participation: €26 Larnaca town is famous for its beautiful sea front and has an efficient tourist infrastructure. Our tour will first lead us to the church of St. Lazarus. This early 10th century church is built over the tombs of St. Lazarus, which can still be seen in the crypt. View more details

Nights Out

Village night out Tuesday, July 7 Participation: € 45 Once coming to Cyprus, you cannot miss having a traditional meat ‘meze’ lunch or dinner. Cypriots have gained a great deal of specialization through many long years of experience in the preparation and cooking of different kinds of meat in many different ways. View more details

Fish night out Thursday, July 9 Participation: € 45 Cyprus has always been related and engaged in marine activities. This mean that Cypriots couldn’t miss being involved in fishing. Fresh fish and seafood has always been part of Cypriots’ Mediterranean diet. View more details
